Shipment Times

We guarantee a 3 business day shipping time, from the moment that you place your order to the time that it leaves our doors.

Even with this reduced timeframe, we will do our very best to get your order from placed to shipped as quickly as possible!

It's worth noting that there are a few exceptions to this guarantee, including:

-Custom orders: When any product in an order is being individually sourced, meaning we don't already carry it, the entire order will be delayed while awaiting the special item(s).

-Pre-disclosed shipping delays: In the case of scheduled absences, you will be notified of the delay time before placing your order.

-Merch: Every piece of our merch is printed at the time of purchase. This means two things for you. 1: You can choose from multiple merch options that won't go out of stock. 2: Merch is shipped directly from the printing facility to your door, separate from the rest of your order. Even though the merch company that we use is very efficient, please allow for a slight delay in merch delivery.

Free Shipping / Shipping Service Options

We offer free domestic shipping on all orders over $100 USD. (We don't offer free international shipping.)

We assume the right to choose the shipping service on orders with the free shipping option selected.

All of our paid shipping methods use the fastest delivery that USPS offers at the time of purchase to ensure consistency, expediency, and tracking data. If you would prefer a different shipping method, you can reach out to us at our "Contact Us" page and we can work together to get a custom shipping rate setup for you.

International Shipping

We gladly offer international shipping to our customers around the world.

Please be aware that we do not collect customs, duties, VAT or any associated fees to ship to your country. Please inquire from your local mailing system about any questions you may have regarding international shipments.

Returns / Refunds

We offer a 30-day return policy on orders placed from the date of delivery, with the exceptions listed below. All refunds can either be processed as store credit (in the form of a gift certificate) or refunded to your original payment method. We do not offer refunds for any products once the 30-day window has passed.

Buyer must pay return shipping and will not be refunded for the original shipping cost unless there was an error made by us. In the event of an error on our end, we will make it right as soon as possible.

All items must be returned in new/unused condition. New/unused condition means the products are still in their original packaging and that no soldering iron or heat has been used.

If a "pack" of items was ordered, every part must be accounted for.

This policy is valid for every order with the following exceptions:

-Rare & Reclaimed products

-Custom orders. If we are sourcing/ordering parts specifically for you, we do not accept returns.


-Pedal Mods & Kits: These are collected or assembled to order.

Custom Orders

As stated in our Shipping and Returns policies, custom orders will inevitably take longer to ship than all other orders on our site. When working with you on a custom order, we have access to countless parts worldwide, which all get shipped to us and prepared specially for you. The total processing time will vary depending on the time it takes for the products to get to us. Because of the unique delay, we prioritize getting your complete order shipped as soon as possible.

We do not ship custom orders until we are in possession of every product in the order.

Rare and Reclaimed

We are proud to offer extremely limited reclaimed parts in small quantities, that we source or personally pull by hand in the Pedalhacker Electronics Tone Lab. These parts come from vintage organs, vintage radio equipment, vintage amplifiers, vintage engineering collections and other unique sources.

The stock for rare and reclaimed parts is always changing, so please come back to the Rare & Reclaimed section of our website to stay up to date!

We do not offer refunds on products from our Rare & Reclaimed section of our site. These products will be sold "as-is".

Rare & Reclaimed products are a fantastic way to get the most rare, reliced, unique, and storied parts on the market and we hope that you enjoy the parts as much as we like discovering them!


We do not offer refunds on merch since each piece is individually printed at the time of purchase. If there are any mistakes with the print or you receive a different size than you ordered, let us know and we'll make it right for you.

Shipment Insurance

We factor in the cost of shipment insurance into every one of our domestic orders.

Being able to offer shipment insurance as a standard option gives us peace of mind that in the rare event that your order is lost or damaged in transit we can easily file claims with the shipping provider to insure that you receive a full refund.
