What's the status of my order?

For all order information, including shipping status, please refer to your account and click on "orders". Your account can be accessed at any time via the profile icon in the upper right corner of the website. Simply log in with your account email and you can access all order and account information.

How do I create / update my account?

You can click the profile icon on the top right of the screen to create, log in, and edit your account. You can also update your shipping and billing information, as well as view previous orders or check on order statuses!

How long will my order take to ship / arrive?

We are now shipping all orders within 3 business days from the time of purchase. However, we do our best to ship same day! See our "Shipping Policy" for estimated delivery times.

What's your refund policy?

We offer a full refund for most products in our site up to 30 days after the day of delivery. Some exceptions apply. See our "Refund Policy" for more information on refunds and returns.

I made a mistake on my order, what should I do?

We understand that mistakes happen! If you realize that you entered incorrect shipping, billing, or contact info on your order, or ordered an incorrect product or quantity, please email us right away at sales@pedalhacker.com. We have the ability to correct this information, but only before your order leaves our doors.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We offer shipping for most countries around the world. See our "Shipping Policy" for more information. (We do not collect customs, duties, VAT or any associated fees. You will be responsible to pay them.)

Can I place a custom / bulk order and how does it work?

You absolutely can! We love searching the globe for even more rarities than we currently offer. We also love supplying parts to builders of all sizes and offer bulk discounts as well!

If we have all of the items for a bulk order in stock, then the order will ship within our standard shipping window. However, since we source parts from around the world, custom order fulfillment times vary. You can reach out to us via the contact page or by emailing sales@pedalhacker.com about any custom or bulk orders.
