TR-2 Mod Kits

-Main Mod: Our main (and only for now) mod to the TR-2 solves a bunch of issues that somehow haven't gotten fixed by Boss over the years. Raised volume to help with the volume drop, more high end sparkle (less dark), switchable rate speeds on a toggle, and an overall sweeter feel and sound to the pedal overall. What's not to love about a TR-2 that works the way it's supposed to with our mod.

All of our kits include any diodes, capacitors, resistors, transistors, op-amps, etc.. that you need to complete the selected mod, along with any and all instructions to set you up with the highest success rate possible!

BOSS MODS: This is super important, please open up your pedal to ensure that your pedal is “moddable”. Boss recently changed their production techniques to use surface mount parts which can not be modded using our kits. If you look at the circuit board and see that the parts are soldered on, you’re in business! If you’re going to buy a pedal from reverb, eBay, etc.. for the sole intention of being modified, make sure to ask the seller for pictures of the circuit board for purchase. Some listings also now include “moddable” or “mod ready” in the titles.
