Factory Card of 19 1N277 NOS Germanium Diodes Transitron 125v 250mA - Rare & Reclaimed

These are NOS, made by Transitron, on the original factory card, in the standard DO-7 glass case. They have the part number in color stripes and the mfg logo printed on the body. Vf is in the .23-.24 range. 125v, 250mA. These are high quality parts in perfect condition.
The card is not in perfect condition, but still nice and very collectible! Includes 19 of the 20 diodes in the original card
