These are NOS Russian military surplus, in the standard DO-7 glass case. They have a bluestripe at the cathode. Vf is in the .26-.28 range. These are high quality parts in perfect condition. I have several other similar NOS Russian military germanium diodes available. These are 100% the same as the red and blue striped D9E's, same manufacturer, just a different date code.
