These are NOS germanium diodes, part number GY102 printed on the body. They are in a metal case, similar to old germanium transistors like the AC128 or NKT275.
They have the lowest Vf of any diode I have come across; they test in the .138-.149 range, which will give you some great new sounds when used as clipping diodes. There is a square tab on the side of the metal case that indicates the cathode lead. You really should try these out! 75v, 100mA.
